All About The Community

Some of the work that we love to support!

We've been volunteering and supporting Brian Pruett at B's Charitable Pursuits since 2022. It has been effortless. We've enjoyed partnering with various charities helping to support through the work he and his organization do here in our communities.
I love volunteering alongside my Acworth Community Garden Family. If you don't know about 4757 School Street yet, stop by and say hello! Marvel at what your community has built in partnership with the city. Feel free to relax in the sitting area and observe the beautiful veggie and flower gardens. Come out and have fun, get your hands dirty, and sign up to volunteer on our planned community days!
Our friends at Helping Hands Food Pantry in Paulding County support local hunger inequality by picking up and redistributing food from our local supermarkets and surplus stores. Hats off to the small village of supporters and volunteers that help drive this important program forward, we enjoy being a part of their mission.
We've been an ongoing supporter of Airaoke since 2021. They are a karaoke contest where proceeds have gone to support underfunded firehouses in Georgia, 9/11 victims, and their families. It's been an honor to serve on this board in the past alongside a wonderful team of local business owners in the Acworth and Kennesaw area.
We've been doing our part to support our friends at Mostly Mutts in Kennesaw by donating our retired furniture blankets and contributing monetary donations since 2020. We can never leave our furry family members behind on our mission to add value and improve quality of life!
We're excited to assist in the restoration and preservation project led by Acworth Outreach, a program through ABA, for Bethel AME church. This important landmark in our downtown area has such a rich history worth discovering. So stop by one Sunday morning for church services or one Friday night for a delicious fish fry to show your support for one of our city's treasures.
